How to Prepare Organic Jasmine Rice
Place 1 cup of jasmine rice and 1-1/2 cups of cold water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. 1 cup dry white jasmine rice makes 2.5-3 cups cooked.
