    I cooked these beauties yesterday and ate some today! They are perfection: mellow and creamy- cooked for around 3 hours with occasional gentle stirring. They are wonderful. The packaging was terrific and purchase/delivery a snap. Thank you for this opportunity.

    I added these beans to a chili recipe and it made for a more interesting dish with its smaller slightly different texture along with the traditional beans (pinto kidney). Nice mixture.
