Description

This set of three 8-ounce Middle Eastern seasonings is perfect for your pantry and makes a great gift. Lebanese Za'atar is a delicious spice blend common in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. This seasoning features sumac, thyme, sesame seeds, oregano, and other spices. A combination of our Za'atar and olive oil makes a delicious topping for bread. Baharat Spice is an all-purpose spice blend that's common in Middle Eastern cooking. This hand-blended seasoning mix combines cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, black peppercorns and paprika. Our Baharat Spice makes a flavorful rub for meat, fish, and poultry. Try it to flavor rice or couscous, too. Our Tandoori Blend is inspired by Tandoori cooking in India. In traditional Tandoori cooking, a mix of seasonings are combined with yogurt, applied to chicken or meat, and cooked in a high-heat Tandoori oven. Now, you can use our blend to make Tandoori-style chicken and other Indian-flavored dishes as home. Our Tandoori Blend features coriander, fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, ginger, clove, garlic, bay leaves, nutmeg, and celery.

    Middle East Trio

Posted by Artsygal on Feb 1st 2019

These spices are wonderful. Each of the spices is contained in a large 8oz. resealable bag. They are well worth the cost. They are not in glass containers as shown however, I would continue to buy these spices. All of Olivemation products are terrific. I particularly like their dried mushrooms.

    Spice trio

I am very disappointed for your misleading display of the trio spices shown in jars but I received them in bags. I have not tried spices yet. That kind of misrepresentation is not a good practice!

    Not in jars

I bought this for a gift, thinking it'd be in jars but they're in the standard ON resealable plastic bags. Not a big deal for me as my recipient won't care, but might be for others.

I have some of their Baharat for myself and love it, so I'm sure the rest of the spices will also be great!
