Wonderful product

Prior to ordering this spice, we always used Greek or Italian oregano (dried from our garden) for the several different Mexican braised pork shoulder or shredded chuck stake, or lamb cheeks we like to prepare. I decided to try this instead. During for the last few months the local Anglo or Mexican markets where we shop had no stock of Mexica Oregano. Fortunately, after finding OliveNation for first time (wha a dummy I've been) ad ordered a small resealable bag. Fab product and really so much better. Nothing else from now on.
