How to Use Master Martini Mirall Mirror Glaze
Slowly heat desired amount of glaze in microwave or water bath to 40-45°C (105-115°F). When desired temperature is reached, remove from heat. Quickly pour glaze over elevated and chilled cake or pastry. When dripping stops, clean the bottom edge with pastry knife or spatula.
