Irish Cream Super Flavor by OliveNation is 3 to 4 times stronger than an alcohol-based extract. This versatile and concentrated flavoring is ideal for crafting chocolates, hard candy, and other confections. You can also use Irish Cream Super Flavor in frosting. This product is gluten-free.

Please note that Irish Cream Super Flavor may cause chocolate to thicken. You can counteract it by adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa butter per pound of chocolate to smooth the batter.

How to Substitute Irish Cream Super Flavor for Extract: 
When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract, the recommended substitution is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Irish Cream Super Flavor.

    Amazing!

    I have created the most divine ice cream with this oil... i make vegan, low fat ice cream in my Ninja CREAMI, and the results with this Oil are gorgeous... makes it taste so rich and exactly like Irish Cream.

    Great Product but pricey

    I use this for flavoring in our ice cream. It is easy to buy. I used to get Irish Cream Extract from another source that is difficult to buy from.

    Smooth taste in candies.

    This was this first time that I used the Irish Cream Super Flavor. I purchased it because I could find the flavoring that I usually get. I wasn't sure how it would taste in my candies, but I had the candies at a taste testing and people were saying that it was the best that they had tasted in a long time. I was very pleased with the results that I got when making my candies. One thing that could be improved would be to have a no-drip bottle. :-)
