Quick Gluten Free Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS: • 1/3 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil • 1/2 Cup Water • 1/3 Cup Il Molino Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus one teaspoon • 1/4 teaspoon Trapani Sea Salt • 2 Eggs, Beaten DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat 12” pizza pan with 1 teaspoon of Il Molino Olive Oil. Pour Baking Mix into a bowl. Add water, Trapani Sea Salt, basil, 1/3 cup of Il Molino Olive Oil and eggs. Stir until well combined. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Remove and add toppings of your choice. Place back in oven and bake an additional 15 minutes. Recipe adapted from and photo courtesy of www.maplegrove.com
