    Herbs de provence

Herbs de Provence in France has no lavender in it, but it is difficult to find any in North America without it. Finally found it at Olive Nation.

    Herbes de Provence

Posted by Diane on Sep 26th 2018

My husband cooked with these herbes when he was living in France as a young man...and, he's been using them ever since. The Olive Nation herbes are the best we've found in the U.S. In addition to flavoring chicken, other meats and vegetables, they are instrumental in making a traditional French vinaigrette with olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper!

    First time user

Posted by LaMonte on Mar 2nd 2017

This is the first time I have used this blend. It is so famous for roasted chicken. I made the most delicately flavored chicken wings that were succulent using only Herbes de Provence and the Black Hawaiian sea salt with a touch of butter and a kiss of chardonnay. Perfect!
