Especially good mixed with olive oil to coat chicken, turkey or lamb, as well as fish, tomatoes and potatoes before roasting. Use to season salads, pizza sauces, cheeses, stuffing, soups and stews. Herbs de provence

Herbs de Provence in France has no lavender in it, but it is difficult to find any in North America without it. Finally found it at Olive Nation.

    Herbes de Provence

My husband cooked with these herbes when he was living in France as a young man...and, he's been using them ever since. The Olive Nation herbes are the best we've found in the U.S. In addition to flavoring chicken, other meats and vegetables, they are instrumental in making a traditional French vinaigrette with olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper!
