    Not good for liquids

    I was disappointed to see that gum was an ingredient. I had hoped to use this in making a flavored dry powdered coffee creamer. After blending some with powdered milk and sugar, and putting into coffee, I ended up with little balls of gum floating around. So when it says can be used in liquids, I don' t agree.
