Dukkah Seasoning by OliveNation is a pleasing mix of roasted and ground spices, seeds, and nuts. In Middle Eastern cooking, it's used as topping for flatbreads. Our Dukkah Seasoning is inspired by the traditional Egyptian recipe which combines rich hazelnuts, spicy dried chiles, tart sumac, and nutty sesame seeds (see ingredients tab for full list of ingredients). The result is crunchy, satisfying, and delicious. There are several ways to incorporate Dukka Seasoning into your cooking. Here are a few tips:
