Dried Ghost Chile (Bhut Jolokia)

I made some SCORCHING HOT and Hot chili sauce some EXTREMELY HOT and Very Hot salsa as well as a pan of rice - ALL out of the same pan. My husband FINALLY got some hot-enough hot sauce!

I made some extremely hot chili sauce by boiling these ghost peppers with spices pureeing it and cooking with corn masa. USING PART OF THE LEFTOVER WATER I boiled some locally-grown serrano peppers did the same thing and got something almost on the edge of my hot limit but the best tasting hot peppers Ive ever had.

Use ventilation while cooking! My eyes were watering badly the pets ran to the other end of the house and I had to open the windows on a too-cool night.

The rest of the water went into a double batch of a boxed rice dinner. It was delicious.

I made salsa with the ghost peppers and locally grown tomatoes and other vegetables.

My husband gave a jar of the extremely hot salsa to a friend where they have a contest on who brings in the hottest sauce. THIS WAS A HANDS-DOWN WINNNER

The chilis arrived very quick and were great quality! Very hot and were perfect in our homemade bbq sauce!

My husband and I love hot sauce. I tried both Ghost Chile pepper and habanero. They all great quality and very dry. I put hot sauce made with ghost chile in a salad. I husband said wow wow wow a big surprise. Hot enough for him.

I received my orders within 3 business days. I had first ordered the 4oz. bag two weeks ago. There were about 80-100 chile pods. These chiles are volcanic!!! Im a major Chilehead so I craved more. I just received my order today for the 8oz bag. CANT WAIT TO USE THEM!!! 100+ volcanic chiles...I feel like Frankensteins creator!!! Salsas BBQ sauces Vinegars throw 1 or 2 in a pot of beans the options are endless. These chiles are NOT for the weak. They wont put hair on your chest they will BURN the hair OFF your chest/nose/head/etc. Definitely not for the faint of heart/heat. Great company to work with. Also ordered the Ghost Chile Powder in the 2oz. Just as deathly hot!
