These easy to melt discs can also be used for enrobing, molding, decorations or simply to make cookies or fondue. It's a very forgiving, chocolate which is easy to handle and has the right balance of liquidity for smooth even melting.
Melting: Melt to 105-110F in a double boiler or microwave oven using medium power. Stir frequently. Do not exceed 125F.
Storage: Store dry at even temperature ideally between 60-65F.
