The pasta grains are tiny. Couscous takes on the flavor of other ingredients, making it a blank canvas for all sorts of dishes. Use it like rice, combine it with vegetables, add it to soups, plate it as a bed for meats, poultry, and fish—there are so many possibilities.      We offer Organic Traditional Couscous in 10lb, 25lb, and 50 lb bulk packages. Buying in those quantities is ideal for restaurants and other food services.   Basic Cooking Method Bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan with a pinch of salt (optional) and 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous and turn off heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
