For an even more elaborate look, make you favorite cake recipe and cover it with a mountain of chocolate curls.How to use Melting ChocolateOur melting chocolate is easy to use, with the right balance of liquidity for smooth melting. Melt chocolate to 105-110F in a double boiler or microwave oven using medium power. Stir frequently. Do not exceed 125F.How to Store Dark ChocolateKeep your chocolate in a cool (between 60-65F) and dry environment. When in properly stored chocolate should last for up to 2 years. Chocolate should be stored separately because it will pick up ‘off notes from strongly flavored foods, like, onion, garlic, and caraway.
