Just add eggs, oil, and water to the mix. The result is a delicious cake with decadent chocolate flavor.   Chocolate Cake Mix, Gluten-Free in bulk is an excellent option for bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and those that make a lot of gluten-free chocolate cakes at home. We offer 10 lb and 25 lb packages.   Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Directions: Beat together 4 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup milk, and 3 tablespoons vanilla extract. Add 3 cups mix and stir until combined. Preheat oven to 350°F.   For Two 9-inch Round Cake Pans: Divide evenly between 2 greased cake pans. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.     For 20 Cupcakes: Divide evenly into paper-lined or greased cupcake tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.   For 13-inch by 9-inch Pan: Pour evenly into a greased pan. Bake for approximately 35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.
