I want it to be more cake batter-ish!
I make homemade peanut butter & before purchasing this item I did some research. I contacted company asking if this emulsion could be used as flavoring since I was looking for an extract. iIdeed it could be, ordered & have used in my "golden oreo" peanut butter. I feel that the flavor is not intense enough. Still needing to use both vanilla & butter flavoring. With each batch I make I seem to be adding more cake batter.

Tastes just like cake batter
Used this product in powdered peanut butter, protein drinks, and French toast batter....so far! This is my daughters favorite flavor yet! We've mixed it with other emulsions and flavors, it's not overpowering and is very versitile.
