    Just let them eat cake

    I had a request to make a "birthday cake" flavored cheesecake. Not knowing the strength of this flavoring I erred on the conservative side. Indeed it tasted like birthday cake. Very nuanced. Next time I will use a little more.

    I use this in drinks, waffle batter, and meringue! I just got some and I am out again already. I need the bigger bottle next time !
