This means that Bomba Valencia rice can absorb more than 3 times its volume in liquid. Unlike the creamy texture of Arborio, Bomba Valencia rice stays firm and separated when cooked.
Bomba Valencia is the perfect rice for making traditional Spanish dishes like Paella. It is also a great addition to your soup, stuffing, and pilaf recipes. Because it will absorb the flavor of the broth or other liquids, you can use Bomba Valencia rice in Arroz con Pollo (Chicken and Rice) and Latin American dishes.
