Easy to melt Barry Callebaut semi sweet dark chunks are great for making creamy fondue, ganache, frosting, and of course, chocolate candies. The small square bits are also a great addition to dry mixes such as prepared baking mixes, trail mix, and snacking mix. Premium quality couverture, like our Barry Callebaut semi sweet dark chunks, adds rich mouthfeel to any recipe and never has a waxy taste due to the high percentage of cocoa solids. This melting and molding chocolate has 44% cocoa solids from chocolate liquor and cocoa butter, but also a hint of sweetness and is never bitter. The rich taste is ideal for baked goods and patisserie, as well as for molded candy and enrobed treats. Storage and Shelf Life:

Always store chocolate in a dry, dark place but not in the fridge. Always give chocolate the time to acclimatize from its storing temperature to room temperature. These chocolates have a long shelf life by nature (12 - 18 months).

    Great baking chocolate

    I've used in multiple recipes and try to keep some on hand. Makes great chocolate chip cookies with large morsels. Melts well when using for Julia Child's "Mousseline au Chocolat".
