Apricot extract
I brewed a batch of beer and added 3 pounds of Apricot puree to it. when I went to bottle it, I added 3 ounces of Apricot extract ( the recommended amount) I think I just ruined 5 gallons beer. It has a chemical taste to it. I put some in water to doublecheck, and its definitely the extract. What a disappointment.

Flavor was on point! Absolutely the right extract to enhance the apricot biscotti I was making...brought the fruit flavor forward and through out the eating experience....will order again!
