Pure Cinnamon Oil

Pure Cinnamon Oil
An uncommon, hard-to-find culinary specialty, Pure Cinnamon Oil extract adds a delicious flavor twist to all kinds of sweet and savory recipes. Essential for making apple butter, candied apples and hot apple cider. Try it in espresso, cappuccino, teas, syrups, sangria, chocolate icings, ice cream and baking, too. Use in place of vanilla or as a natural sweetener in applesauce, oatmeal or hot chocolate. Start with 1/8 to ¼ tsp. and adjust to taste.
