This wine vinegar has been characterized as being "Strong like the hands of a farmer". It is produced by a long natural maturation of Lambrusco wine from the Emilia-Romagna region of Northern Italy. Aged in oak barrels, it is a totally natural product that contains absolutely no coloring or preservatives. Residue found at the bottom of the bottle is a sign of the natural artisanal process used to create this wonderful vinegar. Combine it with a assertive extra virgin olive oil for a simple but wonderful salad dressing. The vinegar can also be used as a marinade instead of lemons. Ingredients: Lambrusco wine vinegar from the Reggiano region. Size 500 ml
