Current Building
In 1908, in the town of Predazzo, high in the Austrian Dolomites (now part of Italy), Valentino Felicetti began making pasta for the local residents. Today this exceptional pasta is still produced by the Felicetti family who inherited not just his homemade-style recipes, but also his love and passion for pasta.

The family’s longtime commitment to supportable agriculture and healthier eating made organic production a natural choice. In 1995 they introduced certified organic pasta. Made with water from Alpine springs, all the benefits of pure mountain air and the best quality organic grains, their pasta brings wholesomeness and nutrition to any Italian dish.
