“La Pasta di Bartolo” first saw the light of day in the ancient hamlet of Rossana in the Varaita Valley, where local artisan skills survive to this very day.

In this ancient corner of Piedmont, the family-run company creates a series of excellent new tastes for the palate to enjoy, the result of the enthusiasm and dedication of those who work in the “La Pasta di Bartolo” workshop.

The quality of “La Pasta di Bartolo” is guaranteed by the respect shown for the Italian tradition of pasta making, consisting in a series of techniques such as the bronze drawing and hand-cutting of the pasta, the careful slow-drying process and the choice of the finest ingredients. But also a sign of imagination and creativity giving rise to new shapes, new recipes and … new emotions.
