Why is estate bottled extra virgin olive superior?

Estate bottled extra virgin olive oil is far superior to mass produced extra virgin olive oils. Why? For starters, the olives are all grown on one property. Additionally, great care is taken in the growing, harvesting and bottling of these oils. Think fine wines. Just as you would expect to pay much more for a fine wine, you should also expect to pay more for estate-bottled extra virgin olive oils.
