SULFITE-FREE AND LOW SALT DRIED TOMATOES

Low salt, all-natural, sulfite-free, what more can you ask for? Our dried tomatoes from Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley possess all these desirable qualities. Picked when fully ripened these tomatoes are full of flavor and goodness. Careful sorting and washing make them perfect candidates for the slow drying process which extracts all the water leaving behind the dried tomatoes which are filled with flavor. Most dried tomatoes have added sulfur dioxide for color preservation, not so with these tomatoes. While they might seem a little dark in color, be assured this is only due to the fact that they have not been treated with sulfur dioxide. Be sure to store the tomatoes in the refrigerator or freezer for maximum flavor and to preserve the natural color.
