How to Substitute Concentrated 3-Fold Apple Flavor for Extract:
When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract, the recommended substitution is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of 3-Fold Apple Flavor.

* Please Note: Even though amounts used are proportionately low, water soluble 3x Flavor concentrates can sometimes cause chocolate to thicken. Should this occur, it can be counteracted by adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa butter per pound of chocolate to smooth the batter.
