Truffle Tapenade on Toast
Ingredients:
Chopped tomatoes
Jar of Black Truffle Tapenade
Chopped Olives (optional)
Il Molino Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Black Tellicherry Peppercorns
Parsley and chopped tomatoes for garnish
Crusty bread or baguette
Simply slice the bread and toast. Heap a generous helping of Black Truffle Tapenade on each toast. Garnish with chopped olives and chopped tomatoes and parsley. Drizzle a bit of the Il Molino Olive Oil on top and season with Cervia salt and freshly ground Tellicherry Pepper to taste.
