Prep Time 8 minutes
2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. De Carlo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Wan Ja Shan Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp ground black Tellicherry Peppercorns
1 teaspoon crushed Aleppo Chile (or to taste)
1 container More than Gourmet Red WIne Sauce
In a saucepan, saute ginger over medium-low heat in oil until soft, approximately 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, black pepper and crushed red pepper, cook for one minute. Add Red Wine sauce, stir and cook for 3 minutes. Grill steaks and serve with sauce. (Delicious with beef, veal, pork, lamb or duck).
