Steak with truffle butter

Any cut of steak
1 tblspoon Il Casolare Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sale di Cervia Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black Tellicherry Peppercerns
Truffle Butter (1 tablespoon per steak)

The steak marinade should be simple: Il Casolare Olive Oil, black Tellicherry Pepper and Sale di Cervia are the perfec background to bring out the truffle flavor. We recommend grilling the steak on the barbeque for best results. As soon as the steak is removed from the grill, put a spoonful of truffle butter on top and let it rest for 2 min. Serve and enjoy!
