Ingredients: 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup Caster Superfine Sugar 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Natural Butter Flavor 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Cream butter and Caster Sugar. Stir in Pure Vanilla Extract and Natural Butter Flavor, cornstarch and flour. Beat on low for one minute then on high for three to four minutes.
On lightly floured surface roll dough to 3/8-inch thickness. Cut out with 2-inch cookie cutters. Place shortbread 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Makes two dozen.
