It's hard to believe that these gluten-free breadsticks are NOT made from wheat. These are the best tasting breadsticks we have had. They are made with olive oil and now come wrapped in three separate portions to retain freshness. Ingredients: Potato starch, rice flour, modified corn starch, olive oil, yeast, vegetable protein(lupine), corn syrup, sugar, salt, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, diacetyltataric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of edible fats, natural flavor.
