Ingredients: 1 head of romaine lettuce 3 medium tomatoes 12 Black Olives chopped Add 1 cup of other chopped vegetables (e.g. carrots, fennel, cucumber, radish) 2 tablespoons Aceto di Vino Vinegar 1/2 cup DeCarlo Il Classico Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil Trapani Sea Salt and ground black Tellicherry pepper, to taste
In a smal bowl whisk De CarloIl Classico Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aceto di Vino Vinegar, Trapani Sea Salt and ground black Tellicherry pepper. Add to the salad and toss to coat all greens thoroughly. Let sit for a few minutes and serve.
