Made from pasteurized cow's milk.

Along with Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Brie, Stilton has been long known as one of the three 'Kings of Cheeses'. Blue Stilton is one of a handful of British cheeses granted the status of a 'protected designation origin' (PDO) by the European Commission. Only cheese produced in the three counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and made according to a strict code may be called Stilton. There are just six dairies licensed to make Stilton. This Stilton is made by Long Clawson, one of the most respected names in British cheese making.

Our Stilton is rich, creamy with an assertive and distinctive blue cheese flavor. Use it paired with Sherry as an eating cheese or enjoy it with your salad and in cooking
