1 large head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets 2 tablespoons DeCarlo DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp. Aleppo Pepper flakes 1 pinch Sale di Cervia Sea Salt Freshly ground black Tellicherry Peppercorns, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place cauliflower florets, DeCarlo Olive Oil, Aleppo Pepper, Cervia Salt, and Tellicherry Pepper into mixing bowl and stir well to combine and coat cauliflower. Arrange in single layer on heavy baking sheet or baking dish. Roast until softened and golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
