Ingredients:
1 jar of Pesto di Pistacchio
1/2 slab of bacon
4-6 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb of spaghetti or fettucine or tagliatelle
Fry the bacon until crispy. Then chop coarsely and set aside.
In a pasta bowl, pour the pesto out of the jar and mix with the olive oil.
Boil the pasta in salted water according to directions on the package. When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour onto the pesto in the pasta bowl. Add the cooked bacon. Mix everything well. Serve immediately.
Optional: Add grated parmesan cheese and black pepper as desired.
