8 black Tellicherry Peppercorns 6 whole allspice 6 whole cloves 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon 3 3x1 inch orange rind strips 1 gallon apple cider 2 quarts cranberry juice cocktail
Wrap first 5 ingredients in a 5-inch square of cheese cloth. Combine apple cider, cranberry juice cocktail, and a Spice Bag in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; partially cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Discard Spice Bag before serving. Serve hot or cold.
