San Angel Mole makes a line of three sauces: Red Mole, Black Mole and Cascabel Sauce. San Angel Red Mole is our version of Puebla's Mole Poblano. San Angel Cascabel Sauce is a varietal chile sauce for enchiladas or a hearty chili con carne base. A small round chile, the cascabel provides a medium heat and wood smoke and nutty flavors. Straightforward flavors and simple ingredients are reminiscent of restaurant style burritos and enchiladas. This versatile sauce can be used with beef, pork, tofu, chicken, turkey and shrimp.
