Bag of wild mixed greens
Handful of dried cranberries
1 persimmon, peeled and sliced (can substitute 1 large pear, sliced)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
1/2 cup Il Casolare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Moscatel Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sale di Cervia Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Five Peppercorn Mix
Mix salad greens, fruit, walnuts and curmbled Gorgonzola in a salad bowl. Pour vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl and whisk together (or use a wide-mouth bottle and shake). Drizzle vinaigrette over salad, toss and serve.
