Serves 4
15 minutes + Chilling Time
2 1/2 cups water 1 cup Caster Superfine Sugar 1 Tablespoon Dried Lavender 2 1/2 cups cold water 1 cup lemon juice ice cubes
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add Lavender. Cover, add Caster Sugar and let stand for one hour. Strain, discarding Lavender. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Serve over ice.
