Insalata Caprese
Serves 4
Prep Time 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
2 ripe tomatoes of your choice
Fresh arugula or basil
Laleli Bergamot Olive Oil
Five Peppercorn Mix (about 1/8 teaspoon or to taste)
Trapani Sea Salt (about 1/4 teaspoon or to taste)
Slice the mozzarella into thin rounds. Do the same with the tomatoes.
Interleaf the tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle the fresh arugula or basil around the tomato/mozzarella slices.
Grind Five Peppercorn Mix over the salad. Lightly sprinkle the Trapani Sea Salt over the salad.
Lightly drizzle the Laleli Bergamot Olive Oil over the entire salad.
