• 1 cup Hibiscus Flower Leaves
• 1 cup organic cane sugar - add more less for taste
• 8 cups cold water
• citrus slices
Place Hibiscus Flower Leaves in cold water and allow to sit for 1-2 days, or until the color has steeped in the water. Strain the juice through a fine sieve. Add Caster Sugar and stir. Serve chilled, garnished with lime, lemon or orange slices.
