Herbes de Provence Vinaigrette

Serves 4
Prep 5 Minutes

•1 teaspoon dried or 2 teaspoons fresh Herbes de Provence, chopped
•3 tablespoons Juniper Wine Vinegar
•5 tablespoons Il Casolare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•½ small clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
•1/4 teaspoon ground black Tellicherry Peppercorns
•1/2 teaspoon Pink Hawaiian Sea Salt


Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake until the dressing is well blended. Alternately, you can vigorously whisk the ingredients in a small bowl until they are completed incorporated together.
