Prep 15 minutes, Marinade Overnight
4 Rib-eye steaks
Grey Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 teaspoons Il Molino Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coursely ground black Tellicherry Peppercorns
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
In a shallow bowl large enough to hold the steak, stir the marinade ingredients together. Turn the steak in the marinade, coating all surfaces. Cover loosely and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare and preheat grill. Grill over high heat, 4-5 minutes per side. Slice the steak thinly on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
