Prep time 10 min. cook time 15 min.
4 T-Bone steaks (or rib-eye or sirloin however cooking times may vary)
1/4 cup of Western Frontiers Rub for Beef
1 teaspoon Sale di Cervia Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Five Peppercorn Mix, ground
DeCarlo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Apply the rub, Cervia Salt and Five Peppercorn Mix to each steak and refrigerate for minimum of 1 hour (overnight for best results). Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling.
Grill each side for 2 minutes on high heat. Lower heat and cook each side for an additional 5 min. each. The cooking time is for 1 1/2 inche steaks cooked to medium-rare.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let sit for 5 min. Drizzle a few drops ofDeCarlo Olive Oil on each steak and a pinch of the dry western rub.
