Fresh Fruit and Flax Smoothies

Serves 1-2
Time: 3-5 minutes

Combine 1 fresh or frozen banana, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds, 2 Tablespoons protein powder (available in your grocery store, also available gluten and dairy free) and 1/2 cups of orange juice, mango nectar or coconut milk. Combine all in a blender and process until smooth.
Combine 1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, etc), 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds, 1 cup cranberrry or other juices with 4-5 ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth!
