makes 12 Muffins
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups ground Flax Seed 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 3/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 2 cups milk 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a muffin pan with shortening or vegetable oil, or use paper muffin cups. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed. Mix all ingredients, stir until well mixed. Fill muffin cups or greased cups about ¾ full.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
