1 tablespoon Il Molino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 teaspoons Coffee Chile Pepper Rub
1 1/4 pound shoulder center steak (Ranch Steak), or top sirloin, about 1 1/4-inch thick
Trapani Sea Salt and freshly ground Black tellicherry Peppercorns to taste
Heat the Il Molino Olive Oil in a large nonstick skillet. In a small bowl coat the steak well on both sides with the Coffee Chile Pepper Rub. Cook steak for 14 minutes, turning once, for medium to medium-rare. Allow steak to sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Season with Trapani Sea Salt and freshly ground Black tellicherry Peppercorns to taste.
