Yields enough for 24 cupcakes or a 2-layer cake

1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened 8 cups Caster Superfine Sugar 2 teaspoons Pure Maple Extract 1/2 cup milk
In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Beat in Caster Sugar and Pure Maple Extract. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency. Yields enough for 24 cupcakes or a 2 layer cake.
